We promote socio-emotional and ethical development through mindfulness activities, songs and rhymes that teach children how to respond to different emotions, stories that help them develop perspective-taking skills and a culture of kindness and empathy.
3. Vijnanamaya Kosha: Intellectual Development
The development of the intellect is a cornerstone of education. Vijnanamaya Kosha encourages meaningful engagement with cognitive and conscious aspects of human experience. Cognitive Development, as we call it, includes literacy, numeracy, S.T.R.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) activities, hands-on science experiments, and activities that empower children to learn by doing.
4. Anandamaya Kosha: Aesthetic and Cultural Development
To experience transcendence and appreciate the beauty of life, we turn to Anandamaya Kosha. We believe that the arts and culture are the gateways to this realm.
